At the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic she works at the Urban Policy and Strategies Department, where is focused on urban and regional sustainable development. She participates on urban strategic programs concepts, on methodologies and tools of localisation of the sustainable development goals and on coordination of sustainable development agenda of municipalities and regions with other public institutions. She participated as an expert at the preparation of many strategic plans of regions, towns and rural communities. She is focused on data and indicators definition of sustainable urban development.
