Adelaida Barrera

Adelaida is an advisor in the International Programs team at BIT’s London office.

Before joining BIT she worked on cultural and behavioural change with the former mayor of Bogotá Antanas Mockus, on issues ranging from solid waste separation to the prevention of intimate partner violence. Adelaida has a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Hertie School in Berlin and a Master’s degree in Philosophy from the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá.
