Claire Martin is from Ireland. She joined Transparency International in 2011. As of January 2015, Claire has taken on the role of Knowledge Coordinator on TI’s Public Procurement work and is currently project lead on the Safeguarding EU Funds through Integrity Pacts project.

In this role she is supporting project partners across 11 EU countries implement the Integrity Pact approach and leading on the project’s learning approach. Prior to this Claire led on TI’s climate governance research and capacity building work with a focus on identifying governance weaknesses in major global climate funds. Prior to joining TI, Claire spent two years working with UNDP Timor-Leste on their Climate Change portfolio. Claire received her LLB in Law and German from Trinity College Dublin and MSc in Development Studies from University College Dublin.
