Before coming to GovEx, Eric worked on public education initiatives as a Fulbright Grantee in South Korea and at the DC Public Education Fund in Washington, DC, where he managed grant programs to drive improved performance in the DC Public Schools. At GovEx, Eric manages all training and education offerings, which are designed to increase public capacity to use data. Certified by Johns Hopkins University, GovEx trainings offer practical learning on a range of topics from basic data literacy to advanced data science. Available in online or on-site formats, GovEx trainings meet government employees where they are to build the critical skills necessary to govern with data.
