Eva Gregorová is from the Czech Republic. She works for the Brno City Municipality at the the the Data, Analysis and Evaluation Department where she monitors key indicators to help prepare the strategic documents of the city while cooperating with public participation to educate the youth.

After studying the unusual combination of art history and sociology, Eva Gregorová was involved into research on age and ageing. In 2009, she moved from academic sphere to public administration: at the Brno City Municipality (Brno is the second largest city in Czech Republic), she is responsible for the “sociological aspects” of the city’s development. She is taking care about sociological research according to the needs of individual departments of the municipality and collaborates in the preparation of the main strategic documents of the City of Brno (brno2050.cz). As one of the team of the Data, Analysis and Evaluation Department of the municipality, it is particularly concerned with issues of monitoring progress through key indicators (data.brno.cz). In her work, she cooperates in activities related to public participation (ankety.damenavas.cz/). In the last few years, she has also been involved in educating children about governance, strategic urban planning and participation.
