Frank Vogl

Frank is a co-founder of Transparency International and the Partnership for Transparency Fund (which he Chairs).

Frank is also a professor at Georgetown University, USA, teaching a graduate course on “Corruption, Conflict Resolution and Security.”

Frank Vogl argues that fighting corruption and money laundering is vital for international security in his new book: The ENABLERS:  How the West Supports Kleptocrats andCorruption-Endangering Our Democracy.  

He writes and lectures widely, and was featured after the Russian war on Ukraine on CNN’s “Amanpour & Company.” His previous book is Waging War on Corruption – Inside the Movement Fighting the Abuse of Power. Frank, resident in Washington DC, is a former journalist (Reuters, and The Times, UK) and a former World Bank Director of Information & Public Affairs and chief press spokesman.
