Ieva Dunčikaitė-Urmanavičienė

Ieva comes from Lithuania and has worked with Transparency International Lithuania since 2018.

Ieva leads anti-corruption and good governance initiatives at Transparency International Lithuania, where she has over eight years of experience advancing transparency, political integrity, and accountability. She is a visiting lecturer in the Law and Global Security programme at Mykolas Romeris University and a PhD researcher at ISM University of Management and Economics, where she studies ethical leadership in the age of AI. She holds a master’s degree in European Politics and bachelor’s degrees in International Relations and French from the University of Exeter, and has also studied at Sciences Po Paris and the Catholic University of Louvain.
