Ingrida is the Transparency School lead and the Chief Operating Officer at Transparency International Lithuania.

Ingrida is also a board member of Clear Wave initiative for business transparency and a member of the Prosecutors’ Ethics Commission. She holds a Bachelor‘s degree from the Institute of International Relations and Political Science at Vilnius University and currently is enrolled in the Executive MPA programme at the Hertie School of Governance.
