James Watson

James Watson is from the UK. He is an Advisor in the Behavioural Insights Team’s (BIT) Home Affairs and International Programmes team.

Watson has worked on the design and implementation of interventions across a range of policy areas including cyber security, further education and volunteer retention. His work focuses on the application of behavioural science to improve public service delivery in high and middle-income countries, as well as the design and implementation of randomised controlled trials to evaluate the impact of behavioural insights interventions.

Previously, James worked for the Centre for Market and Public Organisation at the University of Bristol testing parent engagement interventions. A British Advisor studied Political Science at the University of Nottingham.
