Paulius Yamin
Paulius is a Colombian–Lithuanian anthropologist and social psychologist. He is currently Scientific Director at the Paris Institute for Advanced Study and a Policy Fellow at the Allen Lab for Democracy Renovation at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Paulius has over 15 years of experience designing, coordinating, and implementing behavioral and social norm interventions in the public, community, and international development sectors.In the past he was the Managing Director of the Center for Social Norms and Behavioral Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania (US), the Co-founder and Managing Partner of the Behavioural Lab Lithuania, and the Head of the Behavioral and Cultural Change Team for public servants at the Colombian government, among other posts.
Paulius holds a PhD in Psychological and Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics (UK), has been external advisor to several international agencies (OECD, World Bank, ILO, IOM, USAID), and has lived and worked in research institutions in Colombia, the UK, Lithuania, the US, and France.
