Povilas Poderskis is from Lithuania. He is one of the most prolific open data activists in the region and the driving force behind the freedata.lt initiative. Povilas is also the adviser to the Mayor of Vilnius city on IT and Open Data.Besides all things public, he works an IT manager at DATA DOG company.
