Quentin Rumeau
Quentin Rumeau is an Associate Democratic Governance Officer at the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), where he supports democratic governance initiatives across the OSCE region.
His work focuses on parliamentary integrity systems, including anti-corruption and anti-harassment, parliamentary oversight of the executive, political party support, and youth political participation, particularly within political parties.
Quentin has worked across the Western Balkans and Eastern Partnership regions on good and democratic governance, EU integration, reconciliation, and resilience to disinformation, from the perspectives of civil society, international organisations, and private consulting.
He holds a Master of Science in European Political Governance from Utrecht University, a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from the University of Lyon, and certifications in PRINCE2 Project Management, Election Monitoring, Hostile Environment Awareness, and OSINT Proficiency.
