Quentin Rumeau
Quentin Rumeau is an Associate Democratic Governance Officer at the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), where he supports democratic governance initiatives across the OSCE region.
His work focuses on parliamentary development, political party support, and inclusive participation. Quentin has worked across the Western Balkans and Eastern Partnership regions on EU integration, governance reform, and disinformation resilience from a CSO, International Organisation and Private consulting perspective. Quentin holds a Master of Science in European Political Governance from Utrecht University, a Bachelor’s in Political Science and History from the University of Lyon, and certifications in PRINCE2 Project Management and OSINT Proficiency.
