Quentin Rumeau

Quentin Rumeau is an Associate Democratic Gover­nance Officer at the OSCE Office for Democratic Insti­tutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), where he supports democratic governance initiatives across the OSCE region.

His work focuses on parliamentary develop­ment, political party support, and inclusive participa­tion. Quentin has worked across the Western Balkans and Eastern Partnership regions on EU integration, governance reform, and disinformation resilience from a CSO, International Organisation and Private consult­ing perspective. Quentin holds a Master of Science in European Political Governance from Utrecht University, a Bachelor’s in Political Science and History from the University of Lyon, and certifications in PRINCE2 Project Management and OSINT Proficiency.
