Sergejus Muravjovas is the founder of TransparencySchool.org and currently the Visiting Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania.

He is a fan of anti-corruption initiatives that lead to sustainable and measured change and is particularly interested in the behavioral approach to good governance. He currently pursues a PhD in Behavioral Sciences at ISM University of Management and Economics in Vilnius, Lithuania. From 2009 to 2015, he served two terms on TI International Board of Directors.
