Shang-Pao Yeh is from Taiwan. Currently, he is a professor at the National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism.

Shang-Pao has been teaching and doing research for the more than 20 years, with more than 200 papers published worldwide. He is also a board member of Transparency International Taiwan and is very active in many integrity evaluations programs for many public sectors in Taiwan.
