Elanas Jablonskas is from Lithuania. He is the Head of Immunity Board (Central police anti-corruption unit) of the Police Department under the Ministry of the Interior.

Elanas is responsible for the organization and control of the activity of Immunity Board, as well as planning and implementation of actions in the area of fight against corruption and prevention. Furthermore, he is the one to ensure cooperation with other agencies and authorities. Work of Elanas includes coordination and evaluation of the activity of police units engaged in the prevention and investigations of malfeasance and corruption criminal acts of police employees, including the provision of practical and methodological assistance for them. Accordingly, Jablonskas has experience in conducting analysis of working procedures and legislation, as well as in drafting administrative and operational procedures. Finally, his responsibilities also cover the protection of police officers against possible criminal influence.
