Fidelia Onoghaife

Fidelia Onoghaife is Nigerian-British. She is a whistleblower.

Fidelia was dismissed from the Embassy of the Netherlands in Nigeria after raising concerns about the Dutch Ambassador’s dealings with the giant oil multinational company, Shell. Currently, Fidelia works as a paralegal at a British human rights law firm in London. She was previously employed by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Netherlands Embassy, Abuja, Nigeria as the Economic and Political Advisor (local staff). Fidelia is driven by a strong sense of fairness, considers herself as a champion for the less advantaged and a staunch believer of the advancement of women’s rights.
