Krzysztof Izdebski is an independent legal and policy expert.

Krzysztof Izdebski. Independent Legal and Policy Expert regularly collaborating with the Stefan Batory Foundation, the Open Spending EU Coalition, and a number of CSOs’ and institutions from the EU and beyond. Member of the Osiatyński Archive, and Consul Democracy Foundation Advisory Boards. Marshall Memorial, Marcin Król and Recharging Advocacy Rights in Europe Fellow. He is a lawyer specializing in digital policies, freedom of information and the re-use of public sector information. He is the author of publications on transparency, technology, public administration, corruption, and public participation including “alGOVrithms. The State of Play. Report on Algorithms Usage in Government-Citizens Relations in Czechia, Kosovo, Hungary, Poland, and North Macedonia”, and “alGOVrithms 2.0. The State of Play. Report on Algorithms Usage in Government-Citizens Relations in Czechia, Serbia, Hungary, Poland, and Georgia”. Krzysztof prepared materials which were the grounds for the Council of Europe “Course on preventing the potential discriminatory effects of the use of artificial intelligence in local services”. He was 37th on the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna daily list of 50 most influential Polish lawyers in 2020.
